A signed rental agreement is needed to secure your unit.

One month Security deposit is required.

Two month minimum.

Rent by the month or by the year.

         10% discount if paid by the year.

 

What is needed to complete the rental agreement:

       Name, current address & phone #

         Drivers Licence #

         Emergency contact information

         One month Security deposit

         First month rent
